Your HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-1301ng (200B3EA) according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06705969, is fitted with a Baker motherboard (SSID: 8767) and came with a 310 watt power supply. A GeForce RTX 2060 requires at least a 500 watt power supply as per: RTX 2060 Power Consumption Guide (ecoenergygeek.com)
According to: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Power-Supply-Cross-Reference-for-specific-model..., your desktop is compatible with a proprietary HP 500 watt power supply, p/n: L05757-800.
Unfortunately, these power supply units are pricey. The least expensive I could find online would set you back $134 as available here: https://encompass.com/item/12302364/HP/L05757-800/.
Hope this was helpful.

I wished this would work, but the minimum power requirement for the GTX 1660 Super and the GTX 1660 is 450 watt as per: Compare Current and Previous GeForce Series of Graphics Cards | NVIDIA.
You really don't want to underpower your graphics card. It could cause stuttering, frozen screens, and even ruin your GPU.
The GeForce GTX 1650 Super minimum power requirement is 350 watt, so a 400 watt power supply would work, and according to the HP PSU spreadsheet, that would be the 400 watt HP power supply units L69242-800 or the L04618-800.
