Hello, I bought this HP Pavilion all-in-one-24-b016 computer in Sep., 2016. A couple days ago, when I turned on the power, it appeared blue screen. Following the instructions on the screen, I did hard drive test, but failed. So I bought a new hard drive, installed, then passed the hard drive test. However I was asked to install the operating system, which I don't have now since there was no OS CD (with drivers) given to me when purchasing this computer in 2016. Yesterday I visited the hp web, tried to find downloading the OS and drivers, but could not get them. Please help me to go forward with this issue. Thanks.

You have two options.
Pay HP for recovery media which you can order at the link below...
Install W10 for free by creating a bootable W10 installation USB flash drive with the Media creation tool at the link below.
Make the 64 bit installation media. Your PC is only supported for W10 64 bit.
You will need access to another working windows PC for this process.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

Thank you very much for your clear instructions. I took the 1st option you suggested, paid HP for recovery media and ordered the recovery kit, which will take a few days to be delivered. Once the package arrives, I will let you know how it works.
Best wishes, Lin
