Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had to replace the hard drive in this computer and it didn't have recovery media. Can someone help me get it?

It doesn't let me translate or view. It goes to the page for a few seconds before redirecting to a page wanting model number I guess but can't be sure since it is in spanish........lol

finally, what model do you have?
if original with windows 10 just try:

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7) | HP® Customer Support

 

if not compatible, or it does not work
you can, if still windows 10, use microsoft media
