 my laptops keeps showing me this blue screen with an error code how can I fix it ?

Hello

This is a macro, recorded answer, read the following carefully, and see according to your own problem.
If you have any doubts, ask me, I will try to answer the best
you have an error message, or a problem with the hard drive (or SSD)
this indicates that your hard drive is certainly damaged
Depending on the error, and its condition, it may fail anytime.
maybe it doesn't work anymore
First of all, you can try to recover personal data

 Once your data has been saved
You can either follow the following or buy a new hard drive directly!
What I am indicating now is just a rescue option
If it works, it will be temporary, back up your data regularly
depending on the hard drive condition, it may work a good time
but the hard drive may fail permanently
it is mainly in order to be able to use the computer, the time to replace the system disk
be careful because the goal is to erase the hard drive, your unsaved data will be lost
so you have to reinstall the computer completely
There are several methods, depending on the installed windows system and your computer

Try a full reinstall

You can try to help yourself with this tutorial (sorry not fully translated)

if you have windows 10 you can use microsoft tool

If you originally had a sata HDD you could possibly install a sata SDD
but this is another topic, if needed you should open another thread

@Wosiyane -- as the message states, press F1 to enter the Recovery Environment.

 

One of the automated tests will run the "Check Disk" utility, to repair any errors in the file-system.

Errors in the file-system can trigger that "file not found" message.

Part of that "check disk" tries to find, and "rescue" any "orphaned" files.

 

Compare to having a bookshelf, with many books, and having built your own "Table Of Contents" list, as an inventory of what books you have.   If somebody adds a book of theirs somewhere on your bookshelf, without telling you, then your inventory will not list that book -- it is an "orphan" book.

 

Similarly, "check disk" looks at all the "directories" on the disk-drive, to enumerate all the files that are listed, and it will move any "orphan" files into a folder named "Recovered" on your disk-drive, and updates the directory for the contents of that folder. This is not an "erase" operation.

 

Note that "check disk" also checks to see if a specific file is listed MORE than once in your inventory.

It also checks that every entry in your inventory actually references exactly one file. 

If somebody removed a book from your bookshelf, and did not tell you, your inventory points to an "empty" spot on your bookshelf.

 

Thus, it is highly-likely that 99.99% of your personal files will be "untouched" by that app.

To continue our conversation, that is "bad news".

While it is tempting to press ENTER, to try to load Windows from your disk-drive, do not do it.

 

Your disk-drive probably has some residual "life" remaining, before it permanently "dies", and causes a total loss of your Personal Files.  So, the best usage of that "life" is:

 

  1. power-off the computer
  2. remove the disk-drive
  3. purchase an external "backup" device
  4. on another computer, that is working fine, connect both that "backup" and your disk-drive
  5. start Windows on that computer
  6. the "backup" device could be assigned the drive-letter "E:" or "F:"
  7. your disk-drive could be assigned the other drive-letter
  8. try to copy all your personal files from your disk-drive onto the "backup" device
  9. purchase a new SSD (5 times faster than your current disk-drive), and connect it to your computer
  10. install Windows onto it
  11. connect the backup device to your computer
  12. restore all your Personal Files from that device
  13. reinstall your other software (iTunes? Adobe Reader?) onto the new SSD
  14. Good luck!

If the above steps are beyond your skill-level, hire a computer technician to do it.
