Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Assistant said I had BIOS update and after it finished the pc turns on but no video or mouse and keyboard.

I would contact HP Support if your PC is in warranty at this link https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact/help/desktop 

 

Your PC has a different MB with a similar problem; a faulty BIOS update. Also starting see this problem with Omen 25L PCs.
