A message of download   update "HP Display Control" keeps popping up, even though I already downloaded and installed this update, it still keeps popping up to install the same update!

Can someone please help me solve this annoying problem!

Problem fixed!

I uninstalled the file in the program and re-installed it again, the problem disapeared! This was the suggestion on a previous post and thank God it worked!!

I was testing the software
(by the way totally useless for me because it's not an all in one can be)
installing the software, checking the version..
but no update message
Then check from the microsoft store, and here, update button, a download is done, but the version remains the same
Good since it's settled, tests on hold

This is my second or third request, please, I am going out of my mind with this stupid update popping up every time I turn on my PC, I have not gotten any help at all from HP or anyone else for that matter. I am an 86-year-old man who needs this PC to be able to function as it was intended to be, I bought this PC last July 2021, so as you can see it is new.

I have windows 10-64 bit.

The title of this annoying update is "HP Display Control Service"

Please, HELP ME!!!!!!

I downloaded the software, in order to understand all these problems encountered by users..
I installed then updated from Microsoft store..
I left this for quite a while, and never got this type of message..
finally, as I did not use it, I ended up uninstalling it
If you don't need it, delete this program

open windows services
do you have the related service here?
if so, double click on it, stop the service then select, manual, or disable if possible
