HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a112

Hp does not have this driver and I am not able to identify the manufacturer of the hardware. The HID is missing from the Device list so I am not able to enable it because it is simply not there, and Windows 10 does not identify it either.

in general if you have nothing present in the device manager, in error, you will not be able to install drivers if the hardware is not recognized

Yes I tried as well as 4 different service techs from HP. I was told I have to find someone that has the same model with a working touchscreen and then they can help.

The HID touchscreen option in device Manager is missing and Scan for hardware doesn't recognize it so that did not solve my problem..
