I am writing this regarding bad support from HP. I have complaint with one of my HP product and i already registered the complaint. In related with the complaint they are asked the images of the same. I already shared it with them. After that they told me " while observing the images found that there is a physical damage, so they can't help. I need to send the product to HP Care". I have onsite warranty for this product. They only checking the images and observed there is a damage. How..? I 100% sure about the product has no physical damage. They are not willing to check it physically by visiting onsite. What to do..? I have onsite warranty they need to check it here. in my area there is no HP Center for Repairing Monitors.
