To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

  • Please let me know the exact PC model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l.
  • Have you tried connecting an external monitor and checked if there is a display on it?
  • Do you see any lights that are blinking on the keyboard?
  • Did any hardware changes or software updates happen on the PC recently?

Did this problem ever get answered? I can heard the computer on but nothing on the screen. I've turned it off and back on a few times. Nothing.

My model number is: 23-b010

I followed a link and went through the steps. All I needed to do was turn it off and unplug it. Turned it back on and it was ok.
