Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to assist.
I understand that you have an HP Pavilion 23 All-in-one computer and the display does not turn on. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.
To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Please let me know the exact PC model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l.
- Have you tried connecting an external monitor and checked if there is a display on it?
- Do you see any lights that are blinking on the keyboard?
- Did any hardware changes or software updates happen on the PC recently?
Please feel free to reply with the following information and I'll be glad to assist you further. Cheers! 🙂
