You can find the model number of your PC by entering the product number in the box at the link below.
The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

You can't post the hardware ID for the wireless card like you did for the ethernet controller?

Apparently there is an add on network card in your PC because that hardware ID decodes to a D-Link DFE-520TX PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter.
I found drivers but I don't know what version of the card you have, so I guess you can try one of the first 3 listed.

Sorry that link didn't work. Try it from this part...select the 520TX from the list.
Then try one of the first 3 drivers listed.

OK, you have a HP Pavilion g6-1c36he Notebook PC.
Your notebook doesn't use the wireless assistant software but it does use the connection manager software.
You may need to install that in order to get the wireless card to show up in the device manager.
As I stated before, without the hardware ID for the network card, I would have no idea what model is in your notebook since there could be one of many models.
