Reset pc

Hi. I would like to ask if what is the best thing to do that my HP omen gaming pc is having a problem. Cannot reformat it or reset. Followed the guild from online and yet still not working. When i reach those two option either keeping the files and the other option both wont work it always says no action done.. what should i do its been 2 days now, and now my internet connection i mean my pc is no internet gone even i have internet at home. Mybe due to the problem needed to be solve now affctng my internet, cant even open the internet settings. It just pop open and gone . So i need to go to bring store to fix or do i need to reformat manually? Hmm as much as possible i wll now spend more with ths 4 year old pc. Thanks

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

 

To help you I just need to know the product number (p/n) xxxxxx#xxx of your notebook !

 

It looks something like this:

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters. Use a magnifying glass or the camera zoom feature on your smartphone to read it better.

You need (another Windows computer) to prepare bootable <USB flash drive>

 An unused or empty USB flash drive with at least 32 GB storage capacity is required.
