Buenas noches , tengo una laptop hp gaming victus 16.1 nueva que compre hace 3 meses . Y la he usado muy poco , 2 veces por semana . He notado que cuando la apago y la dejo cargada al 100 , al par de días cuando la enciendo de nuevo; el porcentaje aparece en 20 y me toca recargarla de nuevo , además que la batería no está durando las 9h que dice en su página , a mucho llega a 2h . Tendría que comunicarme con la garantía del proveedor ?
