HP omen won't charge or turn on

Was using my laptop the other day and everything was fine left it on and came back a couple hours later and it would not turn on or charge when plugged in there is no led on the side of the computer. 

Tested the power supply with a volt meter and it is supplying power that is as far as I've got

Side note battery in laptop is ballooning not sure if that's the issue or not any help would be appreciated

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
