When I play plugged in, the temperature value is 399 Mhz while in the game.

! Something is really wrong here technically

 

(1) HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support / Service Center Turkey

(2) HP warranty expired -> Ask Service Center Turkey to test another (new) charger !
