Laptop freezes when connected to charger

On the battery works without problems, when I connect the charger immediately blue screen pops up. When working on the cable, it also resets at an equal frequency. I have to charge with the computer turned off - will it destroy my laptop or is it better to replace the charger?.I will add that I do not have the tools to check the charger. Help me choose a good power supply Thank you in advance for your interest

it didnt helped changing charger,,, its something with currency,
