HP Omen 16

there is already a topic about this Omen16 Notebook does not allow use Thunderbolt 4 Type C port to external Monitor through Nvidia 306... but there is no answer for this question. Since my laptops HDMI port is connected to Nvidia GPU and it seems thunderbolt ports are connected to Intel Graphics; is it possible to connect an external display through the thunderbolt port and make Nvidia GPU process the graphics? I would like to know if I can use Nvidia Surround feature. (It needs both displays to be connected via Nvidia GPU, Nvidia Control Panel only detects a monitor if it is connected via HDMI port which is directly connected to my RTX 3070 ti)
