Product: OMEN by HP 15-ax210nr Laptop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Well I just got done last night reformatting my laptop due to getting a new ssd for my system. Now today I just re-installed everything and re-downloaded everything I wanted/needed/had before doing this and outta nowhere while testing the performance of one of my games my laptop shut down now will not turn back on. And yes I have tried the destatic thing by unplugging battery and charger and holding the power button for 1 minute none of that works. I'm hoping it's not the motherboard but that's what it's looking like. Anyone else have this issue?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Power off computer

(2) Disconnect charger

(3) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4) Connect charger

(5) Follow the HP standard procedure
