I have the exact same issue with my pavilion gaming laptop, i managed to use my pc by removing 1 of my rams. I think that problem is about that 1 ram slot because problem occurs when i use that exact slot. So i can use just 1 slot.

Another solution is removing battery and putting it back but after 3 restart problem occurs again. Also when pc opens system reserves 1 slot of ram so not optimal solution.

I also sent my pc to a hp authorized technical service and they couldt fix the pc.

It seems like we have a manufactoring defect, and it happened to me 1 month after my guarantee finished, so hp must replace our motherboards or PCs.

Hello @Newbie35

Insert another m.2 and test, because BIOS and HP Diagnostics ran fine.
