Hello ,
i want to perform a windows Reset , would that cause my omen logo to disappear?
my omen came with no recovery partition .. so i want to perform the reset .
the Reason for performing the reset is that windows freezes randomly in certin situations for example
if i right click on anything if freezes for (2 seconds) then un freezes ,
if i open chrome it freezes for 2 seconds as well .

Remove that last image that shows your Serial number for your security.
I am pretty sure that boot logo is embedded in the bios, but just to make sure, I wiped my Omens drive (I needed to do this anyway for other issues).
I deleted and formatted the entire drive. Then after a restart, boot into the MS Media Creation Tool for a clean install.
I can say without any doubt that the Omen logo still appears.
What vendor did you purchase from? No one should have done anything to alter your new laptop. That model comes with both a 128 GB NVMe SSD and a 1 TB HDD from factory.
HP will probably send you the USB recovery media for free which would install the recovery partition, giving you F11 options for recovery or repairs. You need to contact them via this link to do so...

Otherwise yes, you can create your own recovery options however you wish.

Hello @Shikoo
What is the full product number of your Omen?
You can find it in the HP Support Assistant or press F1 when powering up the laptop for the system information.
Didn't your Omen come with Windows 10 preinstalled?
IF so, it will have the recovery partition. You would want to make your HP USB recovery media first thing.
I will wait to hear back from you.

Was this brand new or refurbed/used? A used PC might have had the partition removed.
If someone clean reinstalled with the MS media creation tool, they may have deleted it, or broke the link to access it.
All Omens with Windows 10 preinstalled have a an HP recovery partition. It will look similar to this...
If F11 at startup will not access the recovery partition, yes you can use the MS media creation tool.
The Omen wallpaper or any of the other HP software will not be installed, but you can reinstall all of that after the fact.
I assume you are asking about the Omen boot logo...
If you do a Custom install and select/highlight the C partition to install to, the omen logo on load will still be there.

Here is the drivers page for your model if you need to download any tools/drivers...
If you want to reinstall the Omen Command Center, you will need to do a little more work than simply installing the file.
Here are the instructions...
