Hi, this is RGB keyboard. 

If your laptop is single color keyboard only, cannot use OMEN Light Studio to set lighting effects.

Hi @Waley the program works fine on my laptop, but it is normal that using the "environment" effect the cpu uses more than 10% while with the other effects not more than 2%. Is it a bug?

@Niko87, yes, we aware this case of high resource utilization, You can upgrade to latest 0.1.5.0 version. It has improvement. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply @Waley, yes I had already updated but unfortunately this problem still occurs only with the ambient effect, but I'm glad you know about it, I hope you will be able to solve it soon.

@Niko87The version 0.1.5.0 improves the high memory utilization issue, for the CPU utilization, will be improved from next release. Thanks.

I have the same problem as Jusczi. I can't see the lighting options. And if i download Omen Light Studio, I can't see my laptop.

Also my keyboard is all red. It was sold to me as if it  had RBG customization. (It's an Omen 15-ek0015no). Have I been had, or am I missing something?

Glad to see its still in Bata because its a RAM hog. My iCUE software for my Corsair RGB keyboard uses around 120MB of memory where the OMEN Light Studio is hitting in the 2000MB range. 4k streaming on Google doesn't even hit that. I have it turned off for now but will defiantly look for updates. My system is the OMEN 15T I7-9750H, 64GB RAM,RTX 2070 MAX-Q. The  Light Studio works just fine. No installing problems. Just fix the RAM issue please.

@Jostheologi  Your model 15-ek0015no only came with a single colored LED keyboard (red dragon). As Waley  pointed out already, single colored LED keyboards cannot be altered with the Omen software. Ergo why its not being recognized.

So, I'm experiencing an issue where the light studio does not even show the laptop. I went into the task scheduler to look for the lightstudiohelper and it doesn't even appear in the tasks. I don't seem to be able to locate that task to enable it and get it running. Any advice?
