so first of all when i recived my product the warrenty of my product had been started a year before i even bought it, that raised a lot of questions, but i belived hp and asked them to fix the issue, they said that it was caused because of dealer warrenty and they will fix within a week, well here i am after a week, during the process i asked a support executive about a heat warping issue on my laptop as it has developed a bend in the chassie after completely regular use sitting on flat table, the executive deemed it to be caused by a heavy object, apparently according to the executive, placing a heavy object would make the chassie bend upwards instead of downwards. over all after buying such an expencive pc, having to go through the incovinience of getting the warrenty fixed, WHICH IS STILL NOT FIXED. is there anything i can do about the heat warping issue as accourdng to hp it isnt covered in warrenty

Hello @gopal36 ,

Welcome to the HP community.

As a new guest to our community, I would advise the community search functionality as it bears answers for most questions.

A quick search for the term "warranty" finds, as an example, this >Brand new desktop already out of warranty?<

One of our friendly volunteers explains exactly why this is happening and also shows how the warranty, if entitled, can be corrected using the Warranty Dispute page.

Most of us are just volunteers here.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
