Same issue here. Repasting + underclocking to 3.7 Ghz reduced temps by 15C (down to 85s from 99-100s) but still very bad. I won't be buying anything HP for as long as I live. My mistake to save around 50-100 euros from another company with the same specs.

Nowadays HP is not what it used to be in the older days.  Now they are only making Trash Products, and their customer service is better not to be talked about !!!!

I bought a HP Pavilion 15 dk0047tx, thinking that being a HP laptop it'd be Good Buy compared to other Brands, only to know how unprofessional their Customer Service is !!!!!... Just wish I had bought the one that a better cooling at least.

The Cooling provided in the gaming laptops is completely **bleep** !!!!

The FANS dont spin even though they have the potential for much higher RPMs, Heck even Undervolting wont work at times... even then the temps close to 90 C.

I only suggest everyone to buy anything other than a HP laptop, the way they are doing business nowadays, they sure are gonna lose a lot of customers. I dont think they even bother about the kind of products they make or the service they providemlooking at how Shameless they havw become, Openly ignoring customers complaints are not accepting that they make an Inferior Quality product and sell that for a Premium than other Brands.

@Sloy There seems to have been a delay due to the pandemic affected areas,

however, I have re-send the details and somebody should get back to you in 3-5 business days.

I hope that helps!

I also have a similar problem, my laptop is very hot (Laptop Gaming OMEN by HP 15-dc1004nq), it may be from the cooling coolers, I don't think it works optimally, or a factory problem, with the cooling, I have a i7-8750H, nvidia Geforce GTX2060 TI, and I get into normal games at temperatures of 95+ Celsius, I don't know what I could do to them, I'm thinking of sending it under warranty, it doesn't get hot air, I'm waiting for an answer from HP to my problem. Thank you in advance.
