Hi @foxyalfox , Terry here.

Welcome to the HP forums.

Your printer is not blocked, but Instant Ink cartridges will only function while your account is not suspended.

HP Instant Ink - Updating Your Credit or Debit Card Information

Your account cannot be activated until the billing information is updated. Retail ink cartridges will function.

If you wish I can review your account. If you were billed erroneously I can correct that after the account has been reactivated.

PM your email address you signed up with, or your Instant Ink account number. (Please do not post that information here in public.)

I updated billing details after I posted my complaint but now my account is saying not enrolled! But everything else says I am. My printer is now flashing problem with the ink. I can't do anything. I've tried uninstall and 're installation. Notifications say I've cancelled but emails say I can't cancel. I'm starting to go crazy as I need some documents printed for my son's school . In the middle of all this I've lost my sister her funeral is this week. I don't see me resolving this by Monday so that will be another week gone and then I will be into billing.. I feel like throwing this printer and get my cannon back out! Ink may be more expensive but I won't have this hassle
