Trying to load my first instant ink colour cartridge and I just get ‘cartridge problem remove and reinstall’ which doesn’t fix the issue.
I can’t figure out how to report/replace a faulty cartridge.
the old cart still works if I put that back in. The new black cart also works fine.
Certain my firmware is up to date.
Any help please? Thanks

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
