Hi, I am getting the error for my black instant ink cartridge: "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed".
I have tried the steps suggested by the chatbot: turn it off and on, reseat the cartridge, clean the contacts. But still not working.
This is a cartridge that has been installed for a few months and there have been no changes, it suddenly stopped working. What next, can I order a replacement cartridge?

Hi @Greigarious
Since the printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink, you should be able to arrange a replacement ink shipment using HP Virtual Agent. Here is how to do it:
1.) Log in to your instant ink account from here.
2.) Once signed in, click Virtual Agent.
3.) Type black not printing , the virtual agent will suggest some troubleshooting steps.
Once you complete the troubleshooting steps you should be able to submit an order for replacement ink using HP Virtual Agent.
Let me know how it goes!
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!

I go through a long chat session then it just says: “Sorry, I'm unable to assist you right now. How would you like to proceed?” And points me at the forums (which is how I got here first time round).
can I just email a human?
