Product: HP Officejet Pro 8020
The instant ink page says
Cannot connect to printer now.Try again later
The printer says "Cannot print till you are registered with Instant Ink"
This has been the worst printer so far with the cartridge getting stuck, which told me to factor reset the printer and then I cannot print anything because it cannot connect to the cloud anymore.
It has connectivity and blue light though!

@manasdpradhan, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
As the printer was reset to its factory settings, you will have to re-enroll it in Instant Ink.
Refer to this document to know how to enroll in Instant Ink.
