I have not been sent any replacement ink cartridges despite being enrolled in the smart ink subscription.
I’m clearly out of ink as when I attempt to print something it is very patchy and unreadable. However the app says I do have ink so I won’t receive any new cartridges until I’m low on ink.
I need some ink sending as there’s clearly an issue with the printer cartridges communicating the correct levels.
