Black ink not working -system says 4% l

My Print analysis says I have 4% black ink left but the reality is it wont print.

I have removed and now use my colour cartridge only

How do I get Instant Ink send me a new black cartridge

Just print full black sheet and you will empty last 4% and trigger a new shipment.

I cant print because all I get is a blank or very dim sheet .

Taking the black ink out solves the problem but doesn't help with getting a new ink sent to me .

I cant get passed the 4%

Even assuming the printer is able to report to the service that the printer needs ink, the depleted cartridge cannot be checked (by the printer or the service) if the cartridge is not installed.
