Hi, i am unable to change my instant ink plan. The update plan page does not load the main frame (just menu and footer). I have tried the accepted solution of clearing data/cache and logging in via multiple devices including the app but none of this resolves the issue.
Any help appreciated
Sam

Routers cache pages and can show the exact same page from several systems or browsers.
Visit several other sites and then come back to the HP one or turn router off and back on.

I have had the same problem for about 1 week now. Also, "Print and Payment History" and "Shipment Tracking" would only load the main frame, not the contents, unless I refreshed the browser. This morning, absolutely no information would load (not even the Overview), so I realised that at least something further had changed and hoped that perhaps deletion of cached data and cookies might cause normality to be restored ... which it did! So, if you're still having the problem, try deleting all the cached images and Web pages, and all the cookies for HP-related sites, and see whether it solves the problem for you too.

thank you @Moiuyt
and that reminded me that I keep Firefox as a last resorts for accessing sites that do not seem to load properly.
Firefox will connect to http sites properly unlike Edge or Chrome that try to convert to https and fail to load..
In addition, I have no popup blocker extensions in Firefox.
Possibly the site's contents are being blocked by a popup blocker.
My HP LJ has http for its EWS page, not https and I use Firefox to access.

That works a treat.
I've been happily operating on Edge without any issue for a couple of years and dropped Firefox because i couldn't see the benefit of multiple browsers. Things you forget.
Thanks a million
