Best advice.... Accept you got duped by a promise of a helpful service that doesn't fulfil it's promise at all. Put the printer in a box, get rid of it, buy from somebody else. I've had nothing but trouble from my own HP printer and Instant Ink service. I have never managed to just simply print something out without first spending hours pressing combinations of buttons, having pages of useless advice printed out by the printer, going through HP's many many online services and websites, inputting different bits of information in a wide variety of forms in different locations etc etc... by which point my wife has given up, pulled out the now defunct printer that we were replacing because it's old and it's hard to get cartridges for it anymore, and swiftly printed whatever it was that needed printing on that old machine instead.
Save yourself all the hassle. It never gets any easier.

Thanks for your advice....i am happy with the printer only what i think will happen i will ho back for normal ink and waste a tons of money on it. I expected better service from HP.... sign up for instant ink 17th of March....17th of April my ink was despatched.....22-23th of April ink arrived and since this is not working. For no reason. I tried to connect a printer to mobile hotspot in hope that problem is in my router but nothing is change.
