HI I'm in the UK I have bought a printer but it has not be button just basics no congratulations email was printed I need to join instant ink what do I do please help

Please help printer has no eprint only 4 buttons no claim code congratulations letter was printed I'm homeschooling and thought I would make life easier by buying a printer but I've had a nightmare how do I get another claim code thank you x

I would like to help

 

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Next disable and re-enable Web Services

 

To begin with please make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector.

 

1. On the printer click on the Web Services icon in the top left corner of the display.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Click on Remove/Disable/Turn Off Web Services.

4. Follow the onscreen instructions

5. Restart your Printer and from the main screen click on the Web Services icon again. 

 

The printer should print out a page with a new claim code on it that can be used to connect the printer to HP Connected.
