I have the same issue as many of the community seem to have with a colour 303 cartridge that says needs to replace as defective but when I try to contact hp I am asked to pay £17,99 for a phone call and the virtual hub just keeps taking me around in circles. Been three days now of trying so having to order my own replacement cartridge in order to get printer working for my daughters assessed gcse assessment. Instant ink has failed me - can anyone help please
