Hi,
I've been trying to have a shipment of ink sent for a couple weeks now but instant ink says that my
HP ENVY 5010 All‑in‑One Printer is offline. I have checked on the printer, reset the wifi connection and it says it is connected successfully. I've done the hp doctor app and it says the problem was fixed but it is still registering as offline. I have never had a problem with the connection before and I am still able to print wirelessly from my phone and laptop. However,r I have not had a shipment of ink since lockdown began in the UK as I have not needed to print much. I am now almost out of ink and cannot find any way to have my printer register on the website/app as online.
