Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

I have an HP ENVY 4525 All-in-One Printer and for some time now it has only been printing in black and white.
I went around the controls and nothing seems to malfunction (HP Doctor, Word, Windows 10) The print tests are completely correct, with the colors included.
Is this a software issue or are you aware of this issue?

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.

Hello
Thanks for your proposal, it worked.
This is very strange because the version I used before that was the last version available on the HP site and it is verifiable by comparing their properties. But it does not matter, not only have I found the colors, but it is much faster too. Thank you again for your help.
