Hello, my hp instant ink account has been suspended. 

I have updated my billing but still can't print and still says there is an issue with the payment. I cannot print anything off either.

Any help would be great, thanks

None of those links work for me and say access denied. 

 

I just want to be able to use my printer and I've tried updating my payment details and nothing is working.

Links to Instant Ink Support and clicking on the Terms of Service contract do work when tested from this side.

Yes, I realize that "it works for me" is useless from your perspective.

Does seem odd, though.

Try clearing your web browser cache / cookies.

 

What else?

Wait here in the Community for an agent to find your message and respond.
