I canceled my Instant Ink subscription and now my printer is constantly showing a connection issue. When I try to print I get a message to connect to web services, I do this and then I get a message to update instant ink status. I try to connect but get a message that the web service is unavailable and try later. I have tried to contact Instant Ink support but they insist this is not an issue they can solve. I am ready to throw my printer in the trash and buy a printer from a different manufacturer. Please help.
