Product: HP ENVY PHOTO 7830

Hello, I have bought an HP ENVY PHOTO 7830 printer 1 year ago, I have unpacked it but it's missing one of the setup cartridges, there was only one in the box. I bought new cartridges but it says that I have to use the setup ones, please can someone help me resolves this ASAP?
