I had an issue with my Printer HP Envy 7180 as it was not receiving any ink. I raised a complaint in May, but as it only had a problem with Black ink, it just used the colour cartridge and so I just left it as is.
Last week I had the same problem with the colour cartridge, which meant no cartridges were working.
I therefore got a new printer, (HP Officejet 8120) and today - both Black and Colour Ink for the 7180 turned up - typical as I no longer have that printer.
Can I send the series 7 ink back to HP to get the correct ink - I've signed up to instant ink for the Series 8 printer.
Kind Regards
David.

Is the Ink you have (finally) received for a printer that was subscribed to Instant Ink Print-by-Page subscription?
If the answer is yes, the Instant Ink cartridges never belonged to you - Instant Ink service provides ink as part of the subscription plan but the ink remains the actual property of HP. When the subscription is cancelled (or terminated), all Instant Ink cartridges should be removed from the printer and returned to HP.

If the answer is no, then are you asking to return the purchased ink (purchased from the HP Store? Generally, I know this should be possible. If you are having trouble returning the ink, we can certainly request an assist.
