Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

Hi @ph4122e,
Thanks for sharing the details. Have you registered your printer with HP+services? If yes you will be able to get 6 months of free ink.
However, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
