I have an instant ink account, but every time when I try to log onto htttp://instantink.com I'm redirect to https://instantink.hpconnect.com/us/en/l/

I've tried to sign in so many times to adjust my plans, but it doesn't seem to recognise that I have an existing account, and wants me to re-sign up for it.  Can someone help? I want to see current instant ink plan page..

What is your Instant Ink account number or the email address that you use to log in to your account?

 

Also, verify your shipping address, printer serial number and contact phone number for further assistance.
