- I keep getting the message "403 Forbidden".

@jnordlpc, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that you are not able to log in to your Instant Ink account.
Make sure you are using the correct credentials.
Use a different web browser and check if that helps.
Have you tried using an alternate device or the HP Smart app to log in?

I am having the very same issue, it has nothing to do with anyone credentials, we cannot even get to the login page! As soon as I click sign in, I get the 403 error, I have tried, chrome and Edge, same issue, and it has been happening for over a month for me.

So apparently they changed the site and you no longer sign in to the instant ink one, would have been nice to notify people! If you go to https://www.hpsmart.com/us/en It let me sign in, and then on the left side, you can click on the instant ink and it worked.
