Product: HP Pavillion Elite HPE
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've entered the scratch off code on the back of my $5 prepaid card.  But, HP is not accepting it.  I have put the - between the numbers, I've tried it without the - .  I've tried it with a space before and after the -.  What am I doing wrong?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
