I ordered the printer (2734e) based on the 9-month free ink offer that was advertised in the description on the Amazon.com website (also reflected on my invoice), but the printer I received only included a 3-month promo, and not the advertised 9 months.  This was back in early October 2023 (I only unboxed the printer and enrolled on December 21st 2023, over 2 months after, and didn't realize the discrepancy until that point).  I waited for the instant ink cartridge to arrive, and meant to contact support ASAP to get this resolved, but it was the holidays and things got busy.  I appreciate your help in advance!  I'm technically still within my first month of the free ink (day #28), but haven't installed that cartridge yet.  Thank you.

Thank you, I called Instant Ink support and the support rep was able to look up my device info to confirm I was indeed entitled to the 9-month free ink, and he promptly updated my account to adjust the free ink period to reflect that.
