Insta ink at school

I’m using my printer in my classroom and we are not allowed to connect personal devices to our WiFi, so I use the USB cord to connect to my computer. Can I still do insta ink if I bring my printer home periodically and connect it to my home WiFi?

Maybe yes.

The printer need not always be connected to the Internet UNLESS that printer is an HP+ printer on which you have enabled the HP+ service.  If you don't have any idea what that means, you are not likely in possession of an HP+ printer with HP+ service enabled.

Were it mine to do, I'd contact Instant Ink Support (during weekday work hours) and ask the question of the Support team.

Why?

The definition of Periodically might mean something different to the printer / service than it does to you.
