Hi everyone. I ordered my free trial on the 31st and I have still not received it! I have no ink and need to print a few important things off! When I log in it says not available yet but I don't understand why and when I ask the virtual agent it says it was dispatched on the 31st. I understand there might be some delays due to coronavirus but 2 weeks 😞

Please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details (email address) so that I can look into your ink shipment status.  Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little envelope, please click on it to send a private message.
