Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .
HP Recommended

What happens if the printer starts 'playing up' and prints are spoiled or wasted? Do the pages still count as part of the plan or will HP reimburse for these?

Also, do calibration pages (such as aligning heads or cleaning cartridges) count, or are they ignored by the printer?

Hi.

I didn't get the option of an Instant Ink category when I posted this. Can you provide a link to that forum please?

Thanks for that. I would never have found it if you hadn't provided that information.

Now how about the second part of my question?

I'm not trying to negote anything. It was a simple question, or I thought it was. The question is related to something which I think it is quite obvious but is not mentioned in the T&Cs, and this makes me a bit nervous.

I was told to come here for answers. So what is the problem? Maybe I shouldn't have signed up for this as it's looking like it's going to be a lot of trouble.

I will edit my previous post to clarify.

The question might be simple -- the answer requires access I simply do not have.
