My HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer is enrolled in the 50-page per month Instant Ink program. Printing from a Windows 11 laptop and a MacBook Pro work fine but my rollover pages are not showing in my Instant Ink account.
I understand how the rollover pages work so please do not respond with the standard canned response I have seen so many times on the HP Support Pages.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, sending me back to the Instant Ink Support Pages just sent me in a big circle since that is where I started and was not able to get any assistance there. While the Instant Ink program is generally a good one, the Support aspects are very poor - almost as if they don't want the users to be able to access anyone on the Support Team. Back to square one for me I guess. 😞
