Instant ink cartridge error

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am unable to print on my printer as both the black and the color cartridges are giving an error.  I have followed all the tips for cleaning and realignment and resetting the printer but the cartridges still have the error. It started as just the color giving the error which I was able to live with by printing only black and white, but now the black is also faulty.

Help - my kids are getting upset as they can't print anything at home for school projects.

Have you managed to resolve this issue? I am also having the same problem and am on the ink replacement scheme. HP will not send me new ink until my ink is empty which is frustrating as I am still being charged.

No, I have gotten no assistance from HP at all on this. Their phone support is non existent and this seems to be the only online source of assistance.

I am on the free plan (so not being charged) but still unable to print anything.

If you have whatsapp then HP have a number you can contact them on. I had a chat with them yesterday via whatsapp and I am having a new ink cartridge sent as well as a credit as extra prints on my account. You can contact them on +442076602212
