My printer was linked to a different account for instant ink. Now i have moved my printer to a new office and it says that i have to update the payment method of instant ink in order to use my printer. I want to update the payment method but i dont know what was the old account used for instant ink. How can i get my printer linked to new account and get it working.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
Typically, when you move the printer from one supported location to another, the account (contract) stays the same and you update the shipping address so the ink will be shipped to the correct address.
If you truly cancelled, lost track, or changed the subscription account,
Then True - you will perhaps need more than just changing the shipping address.
